This fully furnished 1,000-square-foot main-floor home has been

thoughtfully prepared for comfortable extended stays. From

cookware and kitchen essentials to premium linens and towels,

everything is in place so you can arrive, settle in, and focus on

what matters most.

Couples, remote workers, and families with older children seeking a comfortable, quiet home during a relocation or insurance claim.

As an owner-occupied property where both owners work from

home, Broadview Garden Home is best suited for guests who

appreciate a peaceful residential setting and respectful use of the

property.

Owner-Occupied Property

We live in a separate downstairs residence and value privacy,

respect, and clear communication. Guests enjoy a private, self-

contained living space while benefiting from responsive on-site

owners should questions or maintenance needs arise during their

stay.

Stay Duration

Ideal for relocation, insurance housing, and extended stays.

Minimum stay: 3 months

Rates & Requirements

We believe temporary housing should feel like a home—not a

hotel.

• $399 nonrefundable cleaning fee

• $3,000 refundable security deposit

Pet policy

Because we live on site and share the property with our rescue

dog downstairs, we are unable to accommodate pets in the home. Our dog is sensitive to other animals, and we have found that a shared-property arrangement is simply not the best experience for visiting pets or our own. We strive to maintain a peaceful, comfortable environment for everyone on the property—both two-legged and four-legged. We fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws, including reasonable accommodations for qualified service and assistance animals.

Smoke-Free Property

Smoking, vaping, candles, and incense are not permitted inside

the home or elsewhere on the property. Scent-free vaping is

permitted outdoors only.

Parking

The property accommodates up to two vehicles, with off street

parking available as well as ample street parking nearby.

EV charging is not currently available.

 

Utilities Included

Rent includes water, electricity, internet, and other standard

household utilities for up to two residents.

Occupancy beyond two residents for more than seven consecutive days (or ten total days in a month) will incur a $125 monthly utility fee per additional occupant. This adjustment is intended solely to offset increased utility costs.

In-Home Laundry

A full-size LG washer and dryer are located within the home,

providing the convenience and flexibility needed for longer stays.
