This fully furnished 1,000-square-foot main-floor home has been

thoughtfully prepared for comfortable extended stays. From

cookware and kitchen essentials to premium linens and towels,

everything is in place so you can arrive, settle in, and focus on

what matters most.

Couples, remote professionals, traveling nurses, and guests relocating or displaced by an insurance claim who are seeking a quiet, comfortable home for an extended stay.

What to Expect

You'll have the entire self-contained main-floor home to yourself. We live in a separate downstairs residence, providing responsive support if questions or maintenance needs arise while respecting your space and independence. Because we both work from home, this home is best suited for guests who appreciate a peaceful environment and are respectful of the property.

We believe temporary housing should feel like a home—not a

hotel.

• $3,800/month

• $299 nonrefundable cleaning fee

• $2000 refundable security deposit

• Proof of renter's liability insurance ($300,000 minimum)

Pet policy

Because we live on site and share the property with our rescue dog downstairs, we are unable to accommodate guest dogs or cats. Our dog is sensitive to other dogs and cats, and we've found that a shared-property arrangement isn't the best experience for either our guests' pets or our own.

 

Other small pets, such as birds, fish, turtles, or similar caged or contained animals, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know about your pet when inquiring so we can determine whether it's a good fit.

We strive to maintain a peaceful, comfortable environment for everyone on the property—both two-legged and four-legged.

We fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws, including reasonable accommodations for qualified service and assistance animals.

Smoke-Free Property

Smoking, vaping, candles, and incense are not permitted inside

the home or elsewhere on the property. Scent-free vaping is

permitted outdoors only.

Parking

The property accommodates up to two vehicles, with off street

parking available as well as ample street parking nearby.

EV charging is not currently available.

 

Utilities Included

Rent includes water, electricity, internet, and other standard

household utilities for up to two residents.

Occupancy beyond two residents for more than seven consecutive days (or ten total days in a month) will incur a $125 monthly utility fee per additional occupant. This adjustment is intended solely to offset increased utility costs.

In-Home Laundry

A full-size LG washer and dryer are located within the home,

providing the convenience and flexibility needed for longer stays.
