This fully furnished 1,000-square-foot main-floor home has been

thoughtfully prepared for comfortable extended stays. From

cookware and kitchen essentials to premium linens and towels,

everything is in place so you can arrive, settle in, and focus on

what matters most.​​

Guests relocating, displaced by an insurance claim, or in need of furnished housing for 3 months or longer. Also well suited for remote professionals, corporate transplants and those seeking a quiet, residential setting.

• Tech and Universities: Quick 15-20 minute transit commute via the nearby light rail or rapid bus networks to the University of Washington (UW) Main Campus, Amazon, Meta, and Microsoft (allow extra time if driving during peak rush hours).

• Hospitals: Convenient commutes across North Seattle's medical networks-including fast access to UW Medical Center - Northwest, Swedish Ballard, and Swedish Edmonds.

• Transit and Convenience: Quick drive to the Northgate Light Rail Station for easy, gridlock-free travel across Seattle. Just a short walk or drive to local grocery stores, coffee shops, movie theaters, and neighborhood breweries.​​

We offer stays of 3 months or longer, with preferred rates for longer stays that benefit both our guests and our scheduling.

Monthly Lease Rate:                $3195

Refundable security deposit: $2500

Proof of renter's liability insurance ($300,000 minimum with your pet covered under policy's liability) required

​And about your Neighbors...

We live on site in a separate downstairs apartment and both primarily work from home. Think of us as your neighbors—we’re nearby if something needs attention, but otherwise we keep to ourselves and respect your privacy.​

And about your Pet...

We’re happy to consider one dog or cat on a case-by-case basis. As your neighbors on the property we have our own rescue dog with his own separate yard, so we just want to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone—two-legged and four-legged : )

​

Dogs under 35 pounds and cats are welcome to apply. Your pet must be at least one year old, house-trained, current on vaccinations, licensed as required, and spayed or neutered.

 

Your pet will even have a small secure gated outdoor area of their own, next to the deck. Broadview is wonderfully dog-friendly, with wide, quiet streets that are perfect for walks.

​

There’s a $400 refundable pet deposit, with no monthly pet rent or additional pet cleaning fee. Our standard $300,000 renters liability coverage is required, with your pet covered under the policy’s liability provisions.

Service and assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.

Smoke-Free Property

Smoking, vaping, candles, and incense are not permitted inside

the home or elsewhere on the property. Scent-free vaping is

permitted outdoors only.

​

Parking

The property offers two reserved parking spots, as well as ample street parking nearby for guest, et.

EV charging is not currently available.

 

Utilities Included

Rent includes water, electricity, internet, and other standard

household utilities for up to two residents.

Occupancy beyond two residents for more than ten total days in a month will incur a $125 monthly utility fee per additional occupant. This adjustment is intended solely to offset increased utility costs.

In-Home Laundry

A full-size new LG washer and dryer are located within the home,

providing the convenience and flexibility needed for longer stays.
