We're Vin and Sandy.

Sandy is a third-generation Seattleite, and Vin originally hails from New York. Together, we've built a life we love here in Seattle, centered around home, family, friends, and community.

Sandy is passionate about supporting women as they rebuild life after cancer, and Vin helps architects and builders get the most from the software they use every day. We enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and taking advantage of everything Seattle has to offer.

We've opened our home because we genuinely enjoy sharing this special corner of Seattle with others. We believe the best stays happen when the home and the guests are a good fit—people who appreciate privacy, kindness, thoughtful communication, and a place that truly feels like home.
